The May issue of Cosmopolitan magazine features Kristen Bell on the cover, which will be available for sale on Tuesday, April 2nd, at newsstands in New York.

Kristen playing the “pretty girl”: “What I have always considered is that I’m not pretty enough to play the pretty girl, but I don’t think I’m unattractive enough to play the ugly girl either. So, I’ve always been the type. I need to fit somewhere.”

Kristen on gossip magazines: “I could spend the whole day crying because of the unpleasant things in this career, but I wouldn’t change it… you just move on and become stronger, you know?”

Kristen on what she might have been if she hadn’t become an actress: “I would have been a veterinarian. The Patch Adams of the veterinary world.”

Kristen on the most absurd rumor she has heard about herself: “That I got breast surgery. But I barely even reach a B!”
